The Mysterious Grove

A survival crafting game with tower defense elements.

~You awaken in a mysterious grove, you don't know how you might have ended up here, but you will go hungry if you don't take action soon. At the end of its development, this game will contain survival crafting elements, tower defense elements, and dungeon crawling elements. Players build a home camp, and encounter harder enemies the further they stray from their spawn point. At night, enemies attack the players camp, and they must make use of the strange magical components found in the grove to concoct a defense system to repel enemies and survive the night. Players can find rare and strong items at the ends of dungeons, whose entrances will be strewn across the map, again increasing in size and difficulty the further away they are from the player's starting point.

CONTROLS:

WASD - Movement.

Space - Used for general interactions like gathering and hunting.

Tab- Used to access the inventory (right click an item to drop it from inventory, left click an item to equip it or use it if it is an equippable/usable item).

C- Used to access the crafting menu, opening the menu near certain crafting stations like Camp Fires will cause new recipes to pop up.

E - To unequip an item if an item is equipped.
